Registration FAQs

How do I pay for my registration?

You can pay via mobile money, card, or bank transfer. Payment instructions are provided once you complete the registration form.

Can I register and pay later?

Your slot is only secured after full payment is received. Early bird discounts apply only to completed payments before the stated deadline.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the event, minus a small administrative fee. Substitutions are allowed at no cost.

I need a visa invitation letter. How do I get it?

Once you complete registration and payment, email sales@techpalateinsights.com with your request and passport details for an official invitation letter.

Can I register multiple people at once?

Yes. Use the Group Registration option to register teams or colleagues in one process.

Are meals included in my registration?

Yes. Registration includes teas and lunches during conference days.
